In order to better understand people with disabilities and to understand the problems they face, we are organising the event "Disability Challenges".
We will have speeches and activities to understand what it is like to live as and work with people with disabilities, be they physical or mental. We invited one trainer specialized in the field, Iulia Bode, and one person living with disabilities, Teodora Dumitru, to explain these topics as well as possible.
● My name is Teodora Dumitru. I'm from Romania and I'm known as Teo on wheels. I'm a wheelchair girl that was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 1 year of age. In the present, I'm studying Occupational Therapy at Complutense University of Madrid. ●
● My name is Iulia Bode, I am twenty years old and I study Special Education at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. I love music, art and photography, but my biggest passion is working with people and helping lead fulfilling lives. ●
